After a decade of experiencing the divinity of energetic healing, I have created Inner Realm. A sanctuary for profound, aligned and precise healing to unfold, a space for the self to be seen, witnessed and transformed into the highest evolution of being.

I believe that we are one with the earth, that there are stories woven into the tapestry of our being that are unseen, extraordinary and beyond our wildest imaginations.

I desire to create the world I want to live in, that I want for my children to live in. One of care, of deep connection, to self, other and our Divine Earth Mother.

Using the profound practices that I use within my own personal life, Inner Realm is an extension of my being. A portal to the liberation that you seek from the stories that no longer serve you, a remembering of your uniqueness, a reclamation of your truth.

Meditation enables me to me find balance, stillness and peacefulness in the so muchness of life. Tending to my energetic health has been the catalyst for a total integrated embodiment of my values. Intentionally creating my life with integrity is liberating. I have spent many years cultivating a relationship with my energy and choosing freedom from societal conditioning, stories and ways of being that don’t serve my highest good. The ripple effect of this is felt by my children, my family, my community or the earth ~ and being free to actually choose, remember and reclaim my most aligned path has brought profound peace, connection and open hearted love to my life.

Motherhood above all else has initiated me into who I was brought to this earth, in this lifetime to be. The initiation has been all consuming at times, with times of pure love and light and many times of the depths of darkness. 

Inner Realm is an ode to the realms that exist within each of us, that allow us to create with true freedom, unique expression and deep connection to all of our desires and wishes for our lives and our futures and the sovereignty of ourselves, our earth and the beings we share this world with.
