  • We are all energetic beings, and just as we are often tending to our physical health we are able to tap into our energetic health as well. Our energetic blueprint is essentially the frame that we view and engage with the world from. Through using specialised kinesiology and somatic practices we can move into your subconscious patterning and alchemise energy that is ready to be shifted.

  • Showing up to a session just as you are is all that is needed, and I will meet you there.

    Energy work is profound, and can be deep work, but also can be playful, joyful and light. It is non-linear, there is no rulebook for your session.

    Feeling into what you are currently facing in life, and which intentions you would like to plant for yourself is a beautiful place to begin and we can move from there.

  • Meeting online we will take time to speak about what you’re facing in life, and we will craft an intention that holds the codes and frequencies you are ready to call into your life.

    This may be a feeling, a physical shift, a lifestyle choice.

    From there we will move into the specifics of your session, either somatic processing or Specialised Kinesiology clearing.

    These sessions can bring up emotions, stories and beliefs that are underpinning your way of living.

    I endeavour to create a safe and nurturing space where you are free to share, experience and feel how you feel.

  • Energy work and Specialised Kinesiology is for all people who is feeling like they are ready to live in alignment with their purpose, truth and highest knowing.

  • Working with energy is a devotional practice, and the need to show up to this work depends on your unique situation. Sometimes one session can feel enough for a certain situation, however it is something that changes person to person.

Ongoing containers are a transformational way of working with energetic healing and can be booked upon application, and be uniquely tailored to you.

Why work with me?

My life has been changed my energetic work, I have spent the last decade tending to my own energetic health and over the last couple of years, guiding and facilitating clients tend to theirs. Being a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend, a human, I have found that it is the most transformative way of showing up in the world has been by aligning my energy to the intentions that I am being called to embody and actualise. The unseen energy that we life through can be felt as feeling, or emotion in the body and when not flowing in its highest form, can store as blocked energy as a limiting belief, or story, societal conditioning or manifest as physical conditions that hinder our quality of life.

I truly believe that the connection we have to our own energy can be the foundation for a collective remembering of who we are as humans on this planet. I believe that through tending to our own ways of being in this world, working with the unseen energy that exists within each of us, and the innate creative, divine energy that exists within all life - we will be able to choose new paths for our collective future.

This is a path of remembering, of reclamation, of being. A coming home to love, to the Divine, to source, to the innate creative energy and the peace and joy that is available to us.
